Propagating and cutting back Gryphon Begonias

How do I do it and which is best? My plant is huge with long stems!

This is a high maintenance plant that will require regular care and upkeep, and usually looks its best without pruning, although it will tolerate pruning.
Prune back to a leaf node and only prune 1/3 at any give time.
