Rubber Tree Plants

Propagating Older Stems added on April 24, 2016 | Answered

I have a 16 year old rubber tree plant that has about a 12 inch gap from the top of the plant that is bare. How can I get new leaves to grow? Or can I propagate and old stem that has turn to wood already?
