propagating giant white calla lilies

I have some beautiful Giant White Calla Lilies that seriously needed to be separated. I have done just that and now I have all sorts of tiny bulb-lets left over. My question is, what can I do for these tiny bulbs to keep them and start a new generation of Giant White Callas? Do I let them dry out and store them over the winter then plant them in the spring like other kinds of bulbs/rhizomes? Should I start them in a pot over the winter and transplant them in spring? Or could I plant them now in a protected area and let them do their thing?
