Propagating dormant jasmine cuttings

I have cuttings from a dormant, yellow flowering jasmine. (From Kentucky). How can I propagate this cutting, and will it do well in Tampa Fl / zone 9… soil tips, other pertinent info etc.? Thanks

You can, either, take softwood, or hardwood cuttings. Both will work jsut fine. This article will guide you on how to do this properly: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/trees/tgen/how-to-root-cuttings-from-various-shrubs-bushes-and-trees.htm [1]
