Yellowing of leaves could be a watering issue; too much or too little.
It also could be pests, disease or environmental issues.
Inspect the plant for signs of these issues.
Leaf tip damage could also be caused by the above issues, but also over fertilizing or watering with conditioned water. Excess salts can build up in the soil. Water with distilled water or leave water out for 48 hours before using.
