Problems with Jasmine

I would be grateful for some advice on the attached.

The plant flowered well in this position last year but does not seem to have thrived through to this year.

Any help would be gratefully received.

It may need to go up a size in the pot. Did you fertilize this year? Here are more cultural needs to can check against:
