Problems with Japanese Maple Leaves

I have had these trees for ten years and all of a sudden the leaves look like this. Can you help?

Thank you for the information about leaf scorch. These actually started as almost uniform beige dots on several of the leaves??

This appears to be Acer Leaf Scorch.
