Q.Problem With My Lilac Tree

My lilac tree, about 30 plus years old has started to have curling yellowed leaves on one side. It has a main trunk that divides into two, one trunk’s leaves are fine, the other is not. Any way I can save it? Many thanks.

Unfortunately, your photo did not come through. I am unable to see the damage. If it is just yellowing, alone, then it may need fertilization. If this is combined with any other symptom, then it may be something more sinister that needs to be treated.
