Problem with Camellia

I have a camellia which is about 4 years old. It is planted in the garden and the first year it flowered well. The last two years it has produced one flower only and after a few days the flower has dropped off. The leaves are a very rich green and it does not appear to have any insect problems. Should we take it up and put it in a pot?

I would add phosphorus to the soil. A lack of phosphorus will cause a lack of blooms.
