Problem With Camellia Plants

Question

The leaves on all my camellia bushes are turning yellowish. Is this from too much water? Do they need food?

I am using Ferti-Lome Gardener's Special 11-15-11 and it is getting much better. I was also told to pull off the yellow leaves.
