Problem With a Euonymus

Lost leaves in a patch and stems and branches discolored with brown spots. This is an old shrub, which is growing up wall at side of house. Hope I don’t lose it!

It sounds like it has a fungus. Treat the plant with a fungicide and that should improve it.
