Privacy Evergreen

Hi there, I live in planting zone 6b in Michigan, and I’m looking for an evergreen to create a privacy screen to block out my neighbor’s messy yard. The area is 15 feet in length and gets partial shade (afternoon light). I’d also prefer something that grows fairly quickly, but realize that isn’t always possible. What do you recommend?

My first choice would be arbor vitae. They grow fast and tall and can create a great privacy screen. Here are a couple articles that may be helpful:
