I planted a primrose in a sunny spot 4 yrs ago. It has grown into a huge plant but has only bloomed a sparkly yellow bloom in the top. I have tried bone meal in the fall and have gotten little results. I have kept it watered also. What should I try next? I LIVE IN central Mississippi and have seen this variety planted all over this region.
