Which is the best fungicide to treat powdery mildew on my azaleas?

I like neem oil. It is both a fungicide and a pesticide and so will clear up the fungus and deal with any bad bugs that may be lurking about as well. Here is more info: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/pesticides/neem-oil-uses.htm ^[1]
