Potted Rosemary Sage

Very high humidity and wet conditions in NJ. Rosemary has brown/yellow leaves on it and some of the sage leaves are turning yellow and not growing big sage leaves. Plants are not crowded and are outdoors in 4″ high containers. I have a greenhouse but it is too hot in there and holds the humidity. I have compost. Should I use that? Appreciate any help you may be able to give me.

It sounds as if the soil is too wet, which would be the cause of the yellowing. If possible, allow the pots to dry out some before adding any more water (or getting more rain).
