Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comHello, I wish I still lived in Tempe; I live in Buckeye now. I was hoping to find information about growing in Arizona, and I found your site, I love your training and your videos. I have everything to get started with my garden, the raised bed; for veggies and herbs, the dirt I have Fox Farm. I just ordered potato bags today, I am excited to try growing them, I really have not gardened since I was a young girl, in my sixties now. Back to my question, is it ok to start growing potatoes now, as you showed in your video? I hope it is not too late to start growing because it has gotten up in the hundreds. Thank you,

It is quite late in the season to plant. It may be too hot for all but the most heat tolerant cultivars. If you do have one of those, then you can plant now. Do expect a diminished harvest, though. For the future, planting in March is what you will aim for.
