We have just dug up our potatoes as there was blight on them looks as if the tomatoes as the same thing, and the leaves on the runner beans are wilting only on Scarlet Emperor. All was looking so good in the allotment now after all the hard work it is looking a bit dreadful. Is there any thing that can be done ,and will the soil be ok to plant other things. hope you can help. SD.

You will need to take a soil sample to an agricultural facility near you to identify the problem. It could be bacterial, but it could be Mosaic Virus which is untreatable and almost permanent in the soil. A sample would be needed to assess the situation.
