Potato Problems

Hi. I have a problem with my potatos .Leaves are turning yellow and brown , some black. Growing in bags on patio. I would be grateful for any advice. If a disease will it spread to other veg?

It is very hard to tell from the photo, but it looks like a spider mite infestation paired with a bacterial infection from the wounds.
