Q.Potato Plants Blackened

My potato plants are going black and wilted. I attach a picture! Can you advise me what to do please?

I see, what appears to be, bacterial blotch. This can happen when the soil remains too wet for too long, and doesn't get a chance to dry out some.

This will need to be treated with a bactericide. This article will help:

Biofungicides can help to keep the soil from contracting infections:
