I have potato plants which came up from last year. They are enormous, in fact, they are taking over many of other plants. Can I cut some leaves off? Also, will they produce potatoes? Thank you.

You can prune back some of the branches. If they are potatoes, then yes, they will produce new tubers this year for you.
