Possible case of bacterial or fungal infection, looking for advice

I am currently growing various lettuce varieties aeroponically. However, I am seeing that a few plants are showing signs of either interveinal chlorosis or some type of bacterial or fungal infection. As you can see from the images there are black spots on the underside of this parris island cos leaf. I do not think it is a nutrient deficiency as there are many plants growing around it (which receive the same amount of nutrients) that show no signs of this growth. I also noticed that a lot of the roots were showing signs of rot – possibly suffocating the healthy white roots. I’ve cleaned out the dead roots pretty thoroughly. I’ve also applied a diluted baking soda and dish soap solution as an antifungal.

If anyone has any idea what this is I would greatly appreciate any advice,

This is, most certainly, a deficiency. What other plants share the water? many larger plants can take nutrients before the lettuce can get to it. If you are concerned about a fungal infection, then I would apply a few teaspoons of peroxide weekly to the water. This will stop any infection
