porcupine grass

Question

I have one porcupine grass as well as golden colored hostas. I want to add more grasses. Can you give me some ideas as to what kind of grasses to add? Thanks.

Sedge grass is a good choice. There are many types to choose from so finding one suited to your region should be fairly easy. Japanese grasses (like Japanese forest grass) are good too. You could also look into feather reed grass and northern sea oats.
