Came with berries 3 seasons ago. Has not put any on since. Sun part shade. Any ideas?

I would, first, put dolomitic lime in the area to make sure your pH is not way out of line. Then you should give it a fertilizer that is high in phosphorus and potassium, as this will help with flowers.
