Poor Lawn Drainage

Our newly built home has a water drainage issue along the property line (Swale).
It has been corrected, but the water still pools along that line. We will be building a fence in the next month and are concerned about the posts rotting quickly.

Do you have any suggestions on what we could do to help drain the water or what we can do to help prevent the posts from rotting? (pre-fence building)

You still may need to do work on the ground if you still have water pooling or flooding an area.
Correcting drainage issues prior to building a fence is crucial to success.
