Q.Ponytail palm tree

Zone cathedral city, CA 92234 | luvspoarts added on February 11, 2017 | Answered

We have had our ponytail palm tree outside for years in the ground. My question is: what do we do with the dead leaves that are on the underside of the palm? Do we just leave them on the palm or pull them off? Thanks.

If any of the leaves are completely dead, you can remove them. Those that are partially green should be left on so that they can continue feeding the plant until they go totally brown.
