Q.Ponytail palm lost all leaves. Will they regrow?
I remodeled my house and the workers watered my plants for me while I took a vacation. My indoor ponytail palm was over watered and all the leaves dropped off. The root smells musty and it’s loose. What can I do to save it? Thanks. I’ve had it for a couple of years.

You can repot it in fresh potting mix and don't water for a few weeks. Keep an eye on the "loose" root, I guess you mean the bulb. Hopefully it will dry out and regrow leaves.
