Ponytail palm

The leaves of my ponytail palm look limp and washed out in color. I may have given it too much sunlight. Should I remove the damaged leaves?

You may try to move it to a shady location, as it does sound like sunburn. It will be ok to remove the fully dead leaves, but leave the ones on that are still somewhat alive.
