Plum Tree Question

I looked through the Plum tree typical diseases and didn’t see anything that may match. Some of the plums are fine but others have these brown spots on them. Any thoughts? A neighbor said it may have been due to an April frost or not enough nutrients…..Thanks.

I believe your tree has an infestation of Western Flower Thrips.
