You will need to identify the cause of leaves dying on your Plum Tree to properly treat the cause.
Here are some links that will help you identify some of the most common issues with Plum Trees.
When choosing a fungicide or insecticide, make sure it clearly states of the label it is used for fruit trees and specifies the issue your trees have.
Most garden centers or greenhouses will stock a wide range of products for fruit trees.
