Plum Tomatoes

What is the best fertilizer for plum tomatoes? Should I pinch back every offshoot or let one or two produce?

Pinching shoots allows the main plant to produce more; however, leaving one or two should not make that much of a difference. These articles should help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/edible/vegetables/tomato/tomato-fertilizer.htm [1]
