Q.Pls Help My Lemon Tree

Zone London N17 6AH | Anonymous added on April 23, 2021 | Answered

Hi there, My lemon tree seems Unwell and I’m unsure how to remedy it. I noticed a white secretion on the branches which I My mother said was fine… then the leaves began to blemish and I noticed white inserts on the under leaf… these insects look like tiny cotton balls… I moved the plant outside and hosed it down and sprayed it with A copper sulphate and lime mixture. I have recently added fresh lemon compost, water and feed regularly… The plant was a gift and I would very much like to bring it back to former glory. Thank you.

Those are cottony cushion scale, common on lemon trees. Try several applications of Neem oil.
