new guinea impatiens dying

Please look at my photo to help me determine what is killing and how to properly address my New Guinea impatiens. I have researched the possible causes; however, was unable to find a photo resembling a similar affect as that on my personal photo attached.

Not sure if this is a mold, mites, etc. And not sure if they are even treatable at this point. My other beds seem to be doing fine and one of those beds is getting almost identical sun as the affected bed.

It looks to be a leaf spot fungus.
