The leaves have pink to red ball-like sucklings on them, and they don’t seem to be insects, maybe fungus. What can I do?

If it's caused by a fungus, then neem oil should help. In addition to being an effective insecticide, it's also a great fungicide. Here is more information: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/plant-problems/pests/pesticides/neem-oil-uses.htm
