I don't know of any plants, but typically with pest birds in the garden, shiny or moving things will help deter them. Common things that are done are to hang CDs from strings or set up metallic pinwheels or streamers around. The constant motion and light makes birds nervous. There is also a product you can buy that mimics the shadow of their predators (e.g. hawks) and this is said to help as well. If all else fails, consider hanging bird netting.
