Q.Plants Wilting

Our plants and seedings start off fine then they start to wilt. Seed are started in Park Seed Company pod system. We keep a dome on them to maintain humidity and check water level daily. They sprout but before they can get the second set of leaves they wilt. Those that do survive and get the second set, we transfer to a 3” pot. They seem to do fine but then start to wilt in the 3” pot. We check moisture everyday. All plants are under LED grow lights 12 hours a day. Temperature in room varies from 66 at night to 75 during day. We water with a solution of water with Miracle Grow. 1 gallon of RO water with 1/2 TBSP Miracle grow. The pods water by wicking action from water in a tray. The 3” pots are watered by watering can. Any ideas will be appreciated. Thank You.

On the seeds, once they sprout, the dome needs to come off. The seeds need air circulation. On the fertilizer, is that following package directions, because that seems like a lot. Here is more:
