Gardening Know How Questions & Answers - https://questions.gardeningknowhow.comWe have removed rock from our landscaping and replacing it with Voodoo sedum. My questions is after removing the rock we had a weed bearer on the ground to prevent weed growth within the rock. we are going to put top soil down, should we remove this weed bearer before we put the topsoil down and plant the sedum?
