Failed to plant all my bulbs in November. Due to brutal winter in central Oklahoma, it is now mid-February. If I plant tulips now in large outdoor containers, will they bloom this year?

Bulbs are sold primed for blooming and will do so the first year. Getting tuplips to bloom the second year is the tricky part. This article will help you: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/bulbs/tulips/tulips-bloom-every-year.htm [1]
