planting time

Question

hello there

I’m from Saudi Arabia and intend to plant some flowers and some plants ( FROM SEEDS ) in my backyard garden but all the details about planting time talk about USA weather zones . I try to conform the USA weather with my city weather but I can’t figure out that . so I need your help with this matter as possible as you can to help me about it and if I send it to you and you don’t have any background or don’t know about it at all please excuse my misunderstanding .

first of all my city is called ( Buraydah ) in Saudi Arabia as I mentioned that in above and regarding of these websites links below those tell you about Buraydah weather . I want you to help me to know planting time to plant these plants please : Begonia , Coleus , African Violet , Heuchera & Hellebores in my city weather .
