Can I plant pumpkins next to squash and also I want to plant eggplant. Can that be planted next to squash or pumpkins? Any danger of crossing?

Yes, you can plant all of these near each other. There is no real threat of cross pollination (unless you are saving seeds) but keep in mind that being in the same family (squash and pumpkins), they will share the same pests/diseases, so do not continually plant them in the same location each year. The eggplant belongs to another family but crop rotation would still be beneficial.
