Planting Pine tree seeds

When planting the pine tree seeds collected from the pine cone, should I leave the attached wing to seed and plant them in soil, or should  pull the wing off of each seed?

This will require a lot of patience. These can take months to germinate. I would leave them on, but I don’t think it would harm them to take them off. Just whatever is easier for you.
