Can I still plant lemon grass at this time of the year where it is getting cold? Do they die during winter and sprout again in spring?

This is a tropical plant and cannot tolerate temps below 25 F. If it does not get colder that 25 F where you live, they will come back, but if it does get colder than this, you will need to bring it in.
