Q.Planting Freesia Zone 10
Much of the literature says in zones 9 and above, please freesia bulbs in late Oct or Early Nov. But since freesia bloom 10-12 weeks after planting the bulbs, doesnt that mean they will bloom in Feb or early March? If I want them to bloom in April, should I plant in January if I am in zone 10a?

I think that you've got the idea! Since they bloom, reliably, on a time schedule you can plant them according to when you want them to bloom.
Usually, zones 9 and up are grouped together, unless the plant is purely tropical.
