Planting lily of the valley plants not bulbs

Can l buy established lily of the valley plants in pots from a garden center and put in the garden in early spring? Will it flourish in full sunlight? If not, can I plant the bulbs in early spring?

Yes, you can certainly plant out your Lily of the valley after danger of frost.

You should plant in a partial sun location.
