Planting Delosperma cooper

I live in Harrisburg, PA and would like to know if I can plant delosperma cooper now?

You are in zone 5 and the last average frost date is April 15.
You do need to take into account the weather you are experiencing now and make sure you are out of frost danger.
You may also check your soil temps. Plants really won’t like being in cold soil, so let those soil temps warm up to around 50 degrees F.
