I’m not certain of the weather there so I would only be guessing, but I think as long as the growing conditions are suitable (similar to U.S. growing zones 4-9), they should do just fine. This article should help: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/bulbs/daffodil/daffodil-planting-care-tips-how-to-plant-daffodils-in-your-garden.htm [1] (Keep in mind the planting times. Here in the U.S., planting occurs in Sept/Oct, but this may be different over there. Either way, it should be done in fall.) Also, check with the cemetery before planting. This article may help as well: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/special/spaces/plants-for-graves.htm [2]
