Is it too late to plant cleome seeds in late June?

While planting them a month or so ago may have been better, you can still sow your cleome seeds now. I would sow them directly in the garden. Cooler weather prevents them from germinating, so at least the warmer June temps should help them along. Just keep the area moist.
