I want to plant some bulbs and perennials, roses and other bushes. Is it too late to plant tulips and other bulbs?

    Hello,

    You would have needed to plant your Spring blooming bulbs the previous Fall.

    When the danger of frost has passed this Spring you may began to plant your perennials, roses and other shrubs.
