Planting a Tree in Above Ground, Bottomless Enclosure

I want to plant trees inside of a concrete pot enclosure, like in urban streets. The tulip poplar is the tree.

I’m not exactly sure what you’re asking…
Are you asking ‘if’ a tulip poplar can be grown in a container or maybe ‘how’ to grow one in a container?
Also, what hardiness zone are you in and I’ll see if I can help~
