My plant bent towards the light – can I save it, how?

You can prune it back to just below the bent point to try to regrow it. You may want to do this gradually, cutting back 1/3 of the plant at a time and letting it recover in between. In the future, simply turn the pot around regularly so the plant doesn't grow in one direction too much. It would also benefit from higher light levels.
