Q.Plant in Garden

Zone UK | Clueless added on July 23, 2016 | Answered

Trying to identify this plant. I bought it in a pot 22 years ago – it was tiny. I planted it out in the garden after a few years and last year for the first time it grew this enormous stalk and then flowered. It has grown again this year. I have attached a photo taken between 11 June and 22 July. The growth is huge, it has grown around 3 ft in 6 weeks. I think it may belong to the Aloe family, but your comments would be most welcome.
